Iam planning to go to saigon this coming january 2010-what hotel is best and in city center....is Rex hotel good and nice especially the food?

The best hotel in HCMC is Park Hyatt Hotel, this is one of the newest one in HCMC with luxury 5 star standard, or you can stay in Caravell hotel, Majestic Hotel
Rex Hotel is the Old one, used to be but not a good one now.
